Don’t do this while sleeping


They tells that people spend their half life in sleeping. Sleep is necessary to make the life proper, Sleeping deeper and properly is very required for the next day. If the sleep is affected than their will be the serious problem in health. According to one study 22% people cannot sleep properly during night and 47% people cannot sleep due to the stress and only 39% people sleep properly during night.

Some of the mistakes that you do while sleeping.
Drinking coffee at night:
Drinking strong coffee brings the problem to the neuron transmitter and insomnia is formed. Similarly the cooked sugar controls the sleep hormone due to which you might not get sleep overnight. So don’t drink coffee at the night. You can take food at night like milk, curd, banana, egg etc.

Staying half sleep:
This means sleeping in some amount. Staying like this is just the waste of time, you cannot fulfill your sleep like this.

Sleeping with pet animal:
According to study 63% people cannot sleep with the pet. So don’t sleep with your pet. If this pets snores at night than consult with a veterinary clinic. The saliva might come out that contains various disease so it is better not to sleep with pets.

Alarm:
Some people wakes up and they does their work and after it is completed they again sleep. But such broken sleep will affect the health of the people. You can’t feel like you are sleeping properly and you will feel weak at day. So don’t ring the alarm at middle night, if possible try to wake up yourself.

Alcohol:
Most of the people has the habit of sleeping drinking alcohol. But sleeping like this is like being faint and next day your head will be hang. So don’t drink alcohol before going to bed.
